About Bluewater Power Washing

A family cleaning business cleaning Richmond’s exteriors one property at a time.

Jason West started Bluewater Power Washing in 2010.  I started as a side hustle that was intended to provide my young family with extra money for nice daily essentials and fun things like family vacations. After a few years of cleaning and great success the side hustle became fulltime work year round with thousands of happy customers.  When my two sons Coleman and Corey came of age they helped me many summers cleaning houses and staying up late at night washing commercial  shopping centers.  Many customers over the years came to know my sons and still ask about them today. As the boys grew older they became in my opinion the most experienced power washers in the Richmond area. My sons grew up with an appreciation of hard work and helped me for several years running their own machines and washing.  They have now since moved on and proudly serve in the U.S. Marines and U.S. Army. I’m very proud of their continued education and service in the military.

After 15 years I’m still the one washing every house and keeping the same standards on every property and keeping for the most part every customer since I started. For large jobs which I still do large apartments, parking decks, schools and occasionally seven story buildings I have a network of friends that carry a lot of the skills and wash experience that I do. I have had jobs with fifteen power washers running simultaneously and not many in Richmond can do the same and be affordable.

My standard is simple: under promise and over deliver on cleaning.  If I see something dirty I will wash it and that can be the shed in the back yard that is green on the back side to the patio furniture that still has spring pollen and even a neglected trash bin that needs a refresh. Ten extra minutes cleaning can turn an average house wash into a highly detailed cleaning. That’s the difference between choosing Bluewater and hiring a company that will send this year’s newly recruited seasonal summer help.

Thank you for Choosing Jason and Bluewater Power Washing on your next cleaning in and around Richmond, Virginia.
